Does Your MLM Business Pass This Cash Flow Test?
Does your network marketing opportunity provide immediate cash to build your business with? This would be the ability to quickly create cash and get paid for doing it. By doing so you are creating cash flow.
Cash flow is the movement of money in and out of your MLM business. You promote your business. You make a sale. You get paid. Your promote some more and so on.
This is about as simple as it gets. In network marketing you achieve cash flow for your business by selling products at retail.
This is the bread and butter of a mlm business. Nobody makes any money unless products are moved.
The problem starts when a new distributor attempts to get their business off the ground. Many MLM distributors do not have adequate cash to invest in promoting their business.
It is amazing to me how many multi-level marketing companies do not aid their distributors in creating immediate cash flow. In mlm opportunities you make sales to earn retail profits. However you have to wait until the following month until you receive your commission checks.
The same thing is true in affiliate marketing. Many affiliate merchants continue to pay their affiliates in the future for sales being made today.
If you have adequate credit or cash to fund your business you can probably make this work. However many people need to be paid right away as they are earning financially.
The best MLM opportunities today allow their distributors the ability to get paid right away for their sales. By that I mean being paid the following week for sales being made this week.
This is much better than making a new distributor wait up to two months to get paid. The best network marketing companies quickly pay their distributors by having to ways to get paid.
They pay their distributors quickly which is encouraging them to make a retail sales. Then on a long-term basis they calculate all of the earnings made on their entire organization for a month and pay those the following month.
However again smart MLM companies will pay those quickly in the first week of the following month. Again there is no sense making a distributor wait an additional two to four weeks to receive their earnings.
The question you must ask yourself is does your MLM business provide adequate cash flow for you to be successful? How long do you have to wait to get paid for retail sales!
Certainly some product lines allow you to purchase products in bulk. For example you could purchase products by detainees and wholesale pricing in turn around and sell those at retail price.
This allows you to make money immediately on the sale. However this is not a real Internet friendly way to run a business. When you do it this way you're required to collect the money and deliver the products and nobody wants to do that anymore.
If you have a cash flow problem you probably understand that people you are bringing into your business may face the same challenges. This is why it is so important for people to quickly earn money and get paid if you expect them to stick with your MLM business!
